Q.  How often do I make payments on my loan?

A.  As often as you like and certainly on a monthly, fortnightly, or weekly basis.  There is no fee for the frequency of payments, or to vary your payment cycle. 

Q.  Can I make additional deposits?

A.  Yes at any time and for any amount.  There is no fee for making additional deposits into your loan and as soon as the deposit is received, the interest charged to your loan immediately reduces.  We charge interest on the daily balance of the loan.

Q.  Can I have part, or all of my wages/salary paid straight into the loan?

A.  Yes we can arrange this for you with your employer’s pay office.  There is no fee for having your wages/salary paid straight into your mortgage.
