Q.  If I can actually get someone to talk to me at the bank, they often still can’t me a straight answer – is it the same with First Australian?

A.  No.  Our business is helping you.  Computers don’t answer our phone, we do and we’ll give you the answer on the spot – because our staff are very experienced and will always do their best to meet your need.  We provide a personalised service to each of our Borrowers.
