Q.  What about if my circumstances change? 

A.  We know that life is full of changing circumstances, that's why we have designed the most flexible loans available.  As part of the lending process, we take the time to discuss your situation and where you would like to be financially in the years ahead.  You will have no success in where you want to get to if you are unsure just where that is and what you want.  That's our starting point, as we journey with you and take account of your changing circumstances along the way.  We are there to assist you wherever we can for the life of your loan.

Q.  What about if I lose my job? 

A.  We have a hardship policy which looks at individual circumstances and aims to give an opportunity to help borrowers “get back on their feet”.
