Q. How quickly will my loan take to settle?
A. Our settlement processes are very swift.
- Property purchases settle on time.
- Refinances settle as quickly as the discharging lender can provide us with your title.
Q. What is the Settlement of my loan?
A. Settlement is the completion of your transaction, i.e. when:
- all application & approvals processes are completed; and
- the mortgage documentation has been signed by you; and
- we have arranged the cheques to be paid out at settlement; and
- settlement occurs with the exchange of titles & etc documentation.
